About this listen
Do you sometimes struggle with procrastination?
Are you having trouble mastering self confidence?
This book comprises of 500 affirmations to change your thinking, heal and transform your mental. These affirmations where carefully selected and will help you renew your mind by changing the thought patterns which have been hindering you.
For a Black man to hear so much racism on a daily basis, one might assume he has reached the end of his journey, but that is not the case. A Black man is just trying to be himself, and that's fine.
We have become entangled in a culture in which being a Black man is frequently seen as a negative trait. Even though our society consistently marginalizes Black men and fails to accord our name the respect it deserves, that's okay because no matter how hard someone tries, they will never fail to respect a Black man.
Always keep in mind that you, as a Black man, must see that other Black men are works of art, beautiful and intelligent, and many other wonderful things.
Positive affirmations for Black men are an excellent form of self-care that can help you maintain your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
In Affirmations for Black Men, you'll discover powerful affirmations that will….
- Increase your self esteem.
- Boost self confidence.
- Increase your motivation.
- Eliminate procrastination.
- Eliminate traumas and fears that have sabotaged your success.
- Love yourself exactly the way you are.
- And so much more....
How ready are you to make a positive change in your life?

In his early 20s, Curtis Jackson, known as 50 Cent, rose to the heights of fame and power in the cutthroat music business. A decade ago, the multi-platinum selling rap artist decided to pivot. His ability to adapt to change was demonstrated when he became the executive producer and star of Power, a high-octane, gripping crime drama centered around a drug kingpin's family. The series quickly became "appointment" television, leading to Jackson inking a four-year, $150 million contract with the Starz network - the most lucrative deal in premium cable history.

In America, we teach that strength means holding back tears and shaming your own feelings. In the Black community, these pressures are especially poignant. Poor mental health outcomes-- including diagnoses of depression and anxiety, reliance on prescription drugs, and suicide–have skyrocketed in the past decade. In this book, actor Courtney B. Vance seeks to change this trajectory. Along with professional expertise from famed psychologist Dr. Robin L. Smith, Courtney B. Vance explores issues of grief, relationships, identity, and race through the telling of his own most formative experiences

Story
How to succeed and become prosperous despite overwhelming obstacles? As said by Conrad Hilton, “Success seems to be connected with action. Successful people keep moving. They make mistakes, but they don't quit.” Do what successful people have done; stay hungry for wisdom. Eventually, you’ll see yourself attaining your own dreams. You don’t need to be gifted in many areas of life to be happy, strong, and wealthy. You just have to focus on what you can do, and keep learning along the way to get to where you want to be. Achieve a meaningful and abundant life.

Imagine after a hectic day at your place of work, upon getting home, that feeling of imposter syndrome creeps in. You begin to feel your life is taking the wrong direction, or you aren’t doing enough to give your life meaning. We have all experienced this at a point in our life. I have experienced my fair share of this feeling. I have had that feeling of inadequacy; of never doing enough. However, this situation taught me positive affirmations and allowed me to realize that they are a powerful weapon which can shape every negative thought, and give your life a sense of fulfillment.

The Mind of A Black Man is The Most Powerful
Black men are told not to show emotion, and taking care of our mental health is considered taboo. There is a lot of pressure from society to be the leaders and providers for our families. These affirmations give us hope and are a great tool to expand our minds. We are the most dangerous when our minds are at peak capacity.

Fantastic Audiobook
I'm a big believer in the power of affirmations and got this book for a friend. As a black man he says he felt so empowered after listening to it, and is using the affirmations every day. Positive and powerful content all presented in a way that's easy to listen to and absorb, coupled with excellent narration. Let the manifestation begin!
