May be better to read this one, but I don’t usually have that kind of time at hand.
The writing is more dry than I like, which makes it a bit of a drag to listen to.
It is highly informative, one I’d recommend. It is a great primer on the immune system.

Entertaining plus convince citations and data
I consume this work of art with a warning, you may finally put down that burger, forgo that, diet soda, and do as I am at this moment, the unthinkable, eating a whole microwaved, sweet potato, with avocado butter for breakfast! Cytokines be damned! I will not go gentle into that good night. I will rage against the silent fire within, calmly, with gratitude for the myriad life forms living within me making me strong, smart and aging powerfully. Must read along with Badass Habits and anything by David Goggins!
