About this listen
At 211° water is hot. At 212°, it boils. And with boiling water, comes steam. And with steam, you can power a train.
The one extra degree, that one small step, makes the difference.
The simple 212° concept is illustrated through a clear introduction and then supported by a series of thoughts, examples, and facts that will help you absorb the 212° mindset. Its purpose is to inspire the extra level of effort that produces exponential results. Let 212° become a part of everyone's vocabulary. This book will encourage anyone who reads it to give that extra degree of effort...the extra degree that will produce extraordinary results.

Great examples - thoughtful
I liked that the examples were practical and diverse, so that people with different backgrounds can all relate to the point being made. I also like that the examples are applicable to real life at every level. Most of what was said is known to people on some level, but we can all use encouragement and inspiration from time to time.

difficult listen
so far I've only managed to get through two chapters this narration is just awful. the few chapters I've listened to throw out a lot of numbers and having numbers just read to you in a monotonous tone is just awful especially when it includes zero point two six seven five versus zero point two six seven three I like the concept of 212 but this might be a book that's better red to yourself or delivered with some emotion
