Rex was forced to leave his family at fifteen after he killed an evil man three years before. He is no stranger to vigilante justice and after finding a new home at the Triple Seven Ranch in central Montana, the ranch's owner uses his fighting and gunslinging skills for special programs. He has been a favorite of the owner and has resided on the ranch for ten years, but on one of his trips to recover stolen cattle he runs into more trouble than he even knew existed. The Indians call them "skin-walkers" or "shape-shifters" but in reality they are evil witches who have had to do horrible things to gain their powers. They attack Rex and tag him as their own. Once their dark magic wears off, Rex finally remembers what they did to them and who they are. Driven by rage he seeks justice against these men and promises vengeance once he finds them. He will punish them severely when he finds them ... if they don't kill him first.
