Son Vo is a respected musician in the Southern California jam band music scene. A singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, he's also a sound engineer and has produced many artists' music throughout the United States. He has also recorded over eighteen thousand singing bowls for Bodhisattva Trading Company, a most interesting fact! Son's unique life story has been shared in the Washington Post, and The Alabama Times, and two short films by IBM and The Los Angeles Times have also been made, with the LA Times winning a prestigious journalistic award in 2022. Son currently lives in Santa Monica with his wife Julie and his big kitty, Sally Tomato. He continues to record in his home studio as well as perform live on bass with the popular Jerry Garcia Tribute band, Jerry’s Middle Finger.
