Patrick Siegel is a writer, speaker, and host of the Informed Faith podcast, where he explores deep questions about faith, doubt, and what it means to trust God in real life. He has always been passionate about studying Scripture and helping others wrestle with their faith in an honest and meaningful way. Though he attended Taylor University for Biblical Studies, life took an unexpected path, and he never completed his degree. But that hasn’t stopped him from pursuing what he loves—teaching, writing, and speaking about faith whenever given the opportunity. Patrick and his wife, Erica, have been married for over 26 years, walking through both deep struggles and incredible moments of grace. Together, they’ve faced trauma, challenges, and seasons of uncertainty, but through it all, they’ve seen God’s faithfulness firsthand. They have two children and, like most people, they work normal jobs while navigating the ups and downs of life. Patrick doesn’t claim to have all the answers, but he is committed to asking the hard questions and seeking God in the process. Whether through his writing, his podcast, or everyday conversations, his goal is simple: to help people see that faith isn’t about having everything figured out—it’s about trusting God, even in the unknown.
