Kara Trott is the founder and former CEO of Quantum Health, a consumer navigation and care coordination company. Prior to founding Quantum Health, Kara was a corporate attorney with Bricker & Eckler (now Bricker Graydon LLP) and a strategic marketing consultant at RPA International, an international retail and consumer services consulting firm. When she turned her focus to healthcare, she saw the need for a more consumer-centric model that could improve how people navigate their individual healthcare journeys and not only improve health outcome, but also drive overall cost efficiency for larger employers. Thus, the first healthcare navigation and coordination company was created -- Quantum Health. Quantum Health serves several million people and over 500 employers. Kara remains Chairman of Quantum Health, splitting her time between Columbus, Ohio and Charleston, South Carolina.
