Dr. Dina McMillan is an internationally known social psychologist and relationship expert originally from California. After receiving a B.A. from Hunter College in New York, she earned both her Master's and Doctorate degrees from Stanford University in Palo Alto, California. After graduation she was invited to host a talk-back radio program in Los Angeles, where she also began a private consulting practice. She moved to Australia in 2004. Dr. Dina has become known for her exciting, unique approach to better relationships. She was cast as an expert host on the TV show "The Nest" on SBS in Australia, and has been a frequent guest on a number of Australian television shows. She's also a regular feature writer for a number of popular magazines and newspapers published in Australia, the United States and the UK. Dr. Dina has published a groundbreaking book on the early warning signs of manipulation and abuse called, 'But He Says He Loves Me: How to Avoid Being Trapped in a Manipulative Relationship' (Allen & Unwin). The book has been extremely well received and is currently available in fifteen countries in English, Spanish and Hungarian. This book is just a part of a comprehensive domestic violence prevention program, ENDv, that is the first of its kind in the world. It includes education and training for professionals who work with current or potential victims, perpetrators and young people. It also provides a comprehensive information and education program for the public. Dr. McMillan has also written a book on loving 'Mr. Wrong' entitled, 'Fascination with the Devil: Why Women Love Emotionally Dangerous Men.' It is available on her website: www.answerseries.com.
