Originally from Fargo, North Dakota, Delson opened three barbershops and helped launch a barber school across North Dakota and Minnesota. His journey didn’t follow a straight line. He’s worked in sales, non-profits, coaching, corrections, and cybersecurity. Every step taught him something new and fueled his belief that growth lives outside your comfort zone. A former collegiate wrestler at Concordia College in Moorhead, Delson brings that same discipline and grit to every part of his life. Whether he’s cutting hair, coaching wrestling, or hitting the gym, he shows up with energy and intention. His debut book, Beyond the Cut: The Barber’s Guide to Professional Success, is written for barbers who want more than just technical skills.
