Alex Hunter was the first child in his school year to be given an adult library card. He borrowed The Rats by James Herbert, and began to dream of giving other people nightmares. His short stories have been published in numerous anthologies, alongside fiction written by some of today's most exciting names in horror. The Harvest is Alex's first novel, his second will be published in summer 2026. He is a member of the Horror Writers Association, and lives in London.
