Alder Allensworth, MM, RN, is a Navy brat who has lived in the U.S. and Great Britain. Her professional work spans mental health counseling, medical rehabilitation, hospice care, nursing, gerontology, and elder law. She currently coaches individuals to live their most vibrant lives. A sought-after keynote speaker and presenter, Alder has been featured on television, radio, and in internationally distributed publications. She is a published novelist, children's book author, and writer for international and national magazines and contributes to local newspapers and newsletters. She has walked two Caminos and is planning a third in October 2025, during which she will research the third book in the Camigas Scarf Trilogy. Alder currently resides in Tampa, Florida.
