A Wildwood Witch Mystery

Robin Wildwood has always been the black sheep of her family… or red squirrel, as it were. She and her familiar, Tansy, left their coven to strike out alone, with no intention of returning home. The Wildwood witches are the best at everything they do, and their leader - who happens to be Robin's grandmother - is the Head Witch of the entire region. As for Robin? Screwing up is her only major talent.

The Wildwood witches are the best at everything they do, and their leader - who happens to be Robin's grandmother - is the Head Witch of the entire region. As for Robin? With her squirrel familiar, Tansy, at her side, Robin determines to make the best of her unexpected position, but the Wildwood Coven isn't inclined to let the family's black sheep barge in and shake everything up. Even her grandmother's ghost and her cantankerous cat familiar have their own opinions on how things should be run, while her scheming aunt is less than thrilled at losing out to the family screw-up.

Robin Wildwood is settling into her new role as Head Witch… kind of. At least her squirrel familiar, Tansy, is enjoying their return to her childhood home of Wildwood Heath—when she isn't getting into fights with Robin's aunt's scheming magpie familiar, that is.

A summit of the other Head Witches might be the very opportunity Robin needs to find out why she was chosen for the role, but when a body shows up in the woods, it becomes clear that someone doesn't want their meeting to go ahead without a hitch.

Summer has arrived in Wildwood Heath, and with it comes the town's annual carnival and its accompanying flower contest. Robin is confident that her mother's roses will once again take the top prize and is content to spend her free time reconnecting with her father after the years they've spent apart, but a distraction arrives in the form of a customer being poisoned to death at the local coffee shop. Unfortunately for Robin, the poisoning happens right in front of her and her dad… and her cousin, Rowan, whose job at the coffee shop soon lands her at the top of the suspect list.
