  • I am excited to introduce you to Vanessa a.k.a The Grateful V. In 2018 we both started DNRS and serendipitously we also both found each other on Instagram. Almost 5 years later and its hard to remember how sick both of us where back then. We have watched and supported each other in using our brain retraining tools to regain our health. We have cheered each other on and have learned to keep thriving even thru the hardships life has thrown at us since we started the Neuroplasticity journey. It has been a long time coming but we finally got to sit down and share a raw and honest conversation about our journey's. Vanessa is now a Neuroplasticity coach and has gifted us with many healing nuggets in this podcast.
