amazing
I listen to this almost every night before bed pretty sure I'm sleeping within the first 30 sec.lol, my body is used to the pattern now. when I meditate I have to actually put on a different one or I'll just be sleepitating. not a Bad idea to have joe slip right into the subconscious mind daily think about it

good music. bad narration
The narration is creepy, hokey and distracting. it's hard to take seriously. it's too bad considering the music is good

Love it
Great combination of music and narration. I understand people might need to get used to the voice of Joe, but once you have, his work becomes really amazing.

the intensity was not what i expected

Rejuvenation
