14-Year Old Goes Insane On Cheerleader

In March 2023, Aiden Fucci, who was 16 years old, was sentenced to life in prison. He was charged as an adult for the murder of his classmate Tristyn Bailey, whom he killed brutally in the woods in Florida when he was only 14 years old.

During his sentencing, Circuit Judge R. Lee Smith considered several factors, including Fucci's young age, the level of premeditation, and the fact that he acted alone without being coerced by anyone. Despite being of "average maturity" according to his peers and aware of the consequences of his actions, Fucci committed a devastating crime, causing Bailey to suffer a painful and horrifying death.
Judge Smith acknowledged the unimaginable loss suffered by Bailey's family and friends and noted that there could be no closure, as he could not bring her back. He described Fucci's behavior as so unusual that rehabilitation would be difficult, and the crime was particularly troubling as it had no motive. Smith called it the most difficult and shocking case ever encountered by St. Johns County. The crime was not driven by greed, revenge, or anger, but solely by Fucci's internal desire to experience killing someone.

Mad-Man Does The Unthinkable To Priest

At the age of 11, Murray was arrested trying to flee from his abusive father and has since spent nearly half his life incarcerated. He will never be released.

Their paths crossed during a tumultuous time in Murray's life when many had lost hope in him and he was struggling to stay on track. On April 10, 2016, while Robert (Father Rene) was attempting to assist him, Murray instructed him to enter the trunk of his vehicle.
During the court proceedings, Murray's lawyer, Adam Levin, highlighted how those who should have protected him failed him from an early age. Levin explained that Murray had developmental delays and was intellectually challenged with an IQ of 68 at the age of six. Murray sought medical attention in an emergency room not long before he killed Robert, trying to cope with the demons of his past. Murray is accused of murdering the Reverend Rene Robert, a 71-year-old from St. Augustine who he met through a girlfriend. According to previous reports, Robert lent Murray his vehicle on April 10, and later agreed to go for a ride with him.

While driving Robert's car, Murray was spotted in Aiken near Snipes Pond and Wire Roads, but he crashed the vehicle in an attempt to evade the authorities. Robert was dedicated to helping individuals like Murray, who were on the outskirts of society and frequently imprisoned.

Additionally, Robert was a fervent supporter of the abolition of the death penalty. In 1995, he signed a Declaration of Life, stating that if he were ever killed, his murderer should not face capital punishment.

Their paths crossed during a difficult time in Murray's life when many had given up on him, and he was spiraling out of control. On April 10, 2016, while Robert was attempting to assist him, Murray instructed him to enter the trunk of his vehicle. Murray subsequently drove Robert to the Georgia woods after traveling for long periods through South Carolina and Georgia to visit family.

Murray shot Robert in the left side, and when he fell to the ground, Murray fired the gun into his head. The following day, Murray fled from the authorities in a high-speed chase. He was eventually apprehended in South Carolina after being tracked down in the woods.

  • Man Killed After Winning $30 Million Dollar Lottery | One of Many Interrogations

Man Killed After Winning $30 Million Dollar Lottery | One of Many Interrogations

Dorice ‘Dee Dee’ Moore was found guilty of first-degree murder in the killing of lottery winner Abraham Shakespeare in central Florida. The judge sentenced her to mandatory life without parole and an additional 25 years for using a gun during the felony.

Dorice 'Dee Dee' Moore befriended Shakespeare, claiming to be writing a book about him, before becoming his financial adviser and taking control of all his assets. She then swindled him out of his money and ultimately shot and buried him in her backyard.

The jury found Moore guilty after deliberating for over three hours. Moore's attorney argued that there were other potential suspects, but the police only focused on Moore.

The judge called Moore "cold, calculating and cruel," describing her as the most manipulative person he had ever seen. In contrast, Moore's attorney initially claimed that his client was trying to protect Shakespeare's assets from drug dealers who killed him, but this defense did not sway the jury.
