From starting his journey with a food truck in 2017 to opening his incredible bbq smokehouse just a few years later, Jon’s talent for serving up some absolutely mind blowingly good meat is incredible.
We talk about his journey in food so far, the ups and the downs, and what he’s got planning for the future.
