About this listen

Hello and thank you for coming! I'd like you all to know a little about me. My name is Rashad Woods, the creator of The T.R.O.N. Podcast, The Randomness of Nothing. I decided to dive into the world of podcasting because I am always seeking answers to the world around me. Often times, I'll dive deep into for hours on the internet or a documentary just to find out interesting information. I decided to call this podcast the randomness of nothing, because well, random thoughts of interest fill my days! I love to learn about new things, how they work, how they were made or what people do for a living and why. Folks frequently tell me in casual conversations about all the random weird things I seem to know about, and yeah, I'm kind of a geek when it comes to that! It came to me to take that interest to the next level by talking to subject matter experts in topics that interest me! I hope you become a dedicated listener to the podcast! In my free time, I work out, watch movies and practice martial arts. I have a black belt in Tang Soo Do, a brown belt in Taekwondo and currently practice Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Muay Thai. Let's dive in and take the trip into randomness together!© 2025 Career Success Economics

True Istina is an eclectic singer-songwriter whose name means “True Truth” — a perfect reflection of her mission to create confidence and connection through honest music. A veteran performer since age two, she began writing songs as a cathartic outlet to process pain, bullying, and anxiety, turning her deepest feelings into relatable art.

Her music blends acoustic, pop, and alternative styles, shedding light on the belief that everyone’s feelings are valid and meaningful. From early harmonies learned in her mother’s classes to winning gold and silver at The World Championship of Performing Arts, True Istina’s journey has always centered around sharing her truth.

Her self-titled debut album “True Istina” and singles like For Fun, Nu Life, Walkin the Line, and The Word Is have gathered thousands of views and streams, connecting listeners worldwide. She has graced stages like the House of Blues and the Celebrity Center, delivering performances filled with soulful optimism and a message of healing.

Driven by her desire to help people feel seen, understood, and strong, True Istina aims to keep releasing authentic music, perform globally — especially in Croatia — and give back through future nonprofit work. Her music remains a reminder that no one is alone, and that speaking your truth is the first step to freedom.

  • Courtney Stanfield
    Jul 9 2025

Courtney Stanfield is a veteran Canadian TV broadcaster, mother of three, and a mental wellness innovator. She created Air Out! to give people a place to feel heard without judgment, debate, or backlash. The idea came to her in a dream so vivid that she started reaching out to app developers in the middle of the night.

Air Out! is an anonymous chat space designed to bring instant relief to the nervous system. With no usernames, no interaction between users, a 100-character limit, and built-in language filters, it’s a safe, simple way to vent, confess, brag, or unburden thoughts. Originally launched to help parents manage the stresses of raising children, the app has grown into a supportive outlet for everyone, with six themed chat spaces.

Courtney believes unspoken thoughts and feelings weigh people down with guilt and shame. Air Out! acts like a modern virtual diary — a place where anyone can share freely, knowing no one will ever know who they are. While posts are visible to read, no one can comment, putting an end to social media arguments and negativity. It’s simple, private, and powerfully effective.

“There isn’t a single person who wouldn’t benefit from using Air Out! It’s a place to set yourself free.” — Courtney Stanfield, Founder
