Narrator was awful. Stumbling through the pages and words ! The book makes no sense she goes from one thing to another without any lead in . In one sentence she bought a house then she goes to find her mother and then all of a sudden she meets her dad she never knew . I stopped one of the worst books I've ever tried to listen too. If I could give lower the one I would.

I can see the potential in the story as this evolved. I think the narrator is new and can definitely use some Polish.

I have to agree with the others, the narration makes it a no for me. That being said, I can't really rate the story portion as I wasn't able to get past the first 10 mins without cringing the whole time. However, if you'd enjoy an asmr-ish wet mouth sounds story time this would be right up YOUR alley!

I couldn't get passed the narrator's style which included being able to hear every time she swallowed or cleared her throat.

The story has possibilities, however the narrator is not good. It is painful to listen to her struggle.

Couldn't listen more than a few minutes to the stumbling,mispronounced words. Add to that the swallowing sounds, misplaced emphasis, the thin weak voice and- well it was painful to hear. Is there even a screening process for new readers before the book makes it to availability? Don't throw away your credits on this one folks.

I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings, but there's no way I could listen to this podcast. The narration is the worst I've ever heard. Maybe with a little practice she'll get better

I felt the other reviewers were a little too harsh on the narrator's performance. I feel this woman is new to narrating, but she was not terrible. She could always be understood she tried a bit too hard to put inflection & emphasis on her words but I knew exactly what was going on in the story & she had different voices for the characters so I could easily tell who was speaking. I was actually disappointed she stopped where she did. I am also disappointed that was the only episode. I feel she gave up on this podcast too soon. Every1 has to start somewhere & unlike alot of the audiobooks this woman was obviously not a professional actor or narrator but she gave it a try anyway. I just hope she didn't give it up because of the harsh reviews. I think with practice she would have improved with every episode. I do hope to see this series on audible sometime soon im eager to hear what happens in this series.
