If someone is attacking us we need to fight back, right? Well, hear I speak about introducing a way of being where you flow with your boundaries. The boundaries are the limits within which you feel comfortable. Flow is the key to so many things in life. When we flow with things we use very little energy so when someone is provoking you and you learn to flow with it, they do not suck your energy, you learn to navigate around it and flow on.

The ego is giving us trouble but making us feel small and weak and alone, because we as blocking the light of the soul to shine out.
