    Inspired by her dad, who battled Alzheimer’s, Amy shifted her focus toward health, longevity, and mindset. Through injury setbacks, COVID, and even the heartbreaking loss of her dad, she kept showing up. She learned discipline, resilience, and that movement is a privilege—and it’s not just about how you look, but what your body can do.

    Amy talks about overcoming self-doubt, finding her tribe, and how the biggest wins often happen outside the gym. This is a story of mindset, community, and becoming the strongest version of yourself—inside and out.
