    Hey Set Free Sisterhood!

    Today's episode is all about freedom, and I'm recording this on July 4th from my brand new home - how fitting, right? I've been thinking a lot about what freedom really means, and I want to dive deep with you today.

    Freedom isn't just about fireworks and flags. It's about breaking free from the internal chains we put on ourselves. Those thoughts that keep us stuck, those habits that control us, those fears that paralyze us - that's what we're talking about today.

    I want you to get real honest with yourself. Where are you not experiencing true freedom? Maybe it's emotional eating, maybe it's people-pleasing, maybe it's overthinking your future. I've been there, and I know how suffocating those patterns can feel.

    Here's the beautiful truth - you have a choice. God has given you complete agency to choose differently. It's not about being perfect, it's about being intentional. Every single day, you get to decide. You get to choose clarity over compulsion.

    I'm challenging you to do three things this week:

    1. Identify one area where you've been on autopilot

    2. Make one intentional choice that aligns with your values

    3. Ask for one piece of support - from a friend, a coach, your community
