  • Last week, we took a peek into John Mark! To get a view of the writer of the Gospel of Mark and to understand why our study of the disciplines of Silence, Solitude, and Rest rests in Mark.



    Join us tonight, and let's continue our discussion of Mark and how the Lord uses him to paint a beautiful picture of the HUMANITY OF CHRIST for us to follow our lives after.


    Mark is often known as the Gospel writer who is on the fast track, but this, too, has a purpose in the big picture: to help us see ourselves and how we, too, may be on the fast track of life but should not allow LIFE to become our idol.


    If time allows tonight, we will begin to dismantle the altar of BUSYNESS by understanding the value of Rest and how Jesus shows us the importance of cultivating this discipline in our walk as well!


    We will take a look at our big sisters, Mary & Martha!
