About this listen
Carly Church is a youth advocate and outreach lead at Stride Foundation UK. Born in East London and raised in Newham by her mum and her mum’s partner, alongside her brother, she spent over 15 years in the financial industry before moving into community work. She has since supported teachers in primary and secondary schools, particularly in pastoral care, helping to create safer, more supportive environments for young people. In recovery since 2005, Carly uses her lived experience to promote resilience, connection, and honest conversation.
Join us in a conversation about the power of self-acceptance as Carly shares her insight on being calm amidst life's chaos.
