Like a teenage werewolf, it morphed rapidly, from 50 Shades fan fic to a best selling book to a film tie in, coinciding with the full moon of TMZ gossip culture rising across the horizon, making its young cast some of the most watched people on the planet. That’s enough metaphors stretched to breaking point, we are joined by our friends at The Cinemile to unpick not just a film but a cultural juggernaut, both full of frankly disturbing behaviour.
