There are phases including emotional shock, denial, sadness, fear, anger; our immunity and weight can change as well as our sleep habits. We may not be comfortable in our skin. Linda and Candy spoke about their recent losses last week, Linda a friend, Candy her cat yet both were grieving their losses. Candy refers to support programs.

This is overwhelming to a newcomer and to people with long term sobriety.
