4 star because i thought it was ghost stories only. this podcast has a little of everything; paranormal activity, mystery, crime, etc. Terry Carnation is a wholesome host and wishing to meet him one day! i love the sound effects they use to boost the eeriness of the stories/experiences their audience submits. i tried listening to other channels but find myself coming back to listen to Radio Rental over and over again! i'm hooked!!

The stories told in this captured just how freaked out the person got from there encounter. The second story is especially Chilling and as unbelievable as it is it still makes me feel like it could happen.

I love the stories they are creepy, and Rainn Wilson, aka Terry Carnation, is a great host who is very funny. Halfway into the podcast there is an ad break but it is very short! Great stories, great host, make sure you have gone pee before it!
