The coaching aspect of her career began in high school and led her to forge a relationship with Oklahoma safeties coach Dan Hammerschmidt. Isabel attended OSU working on the football film crew before getting a chance to become a student assistant coach. Now she is in the NFL with the Indianapolis Colts as the inaugural Harriet P.
