    Audio warning, I worked for a long time trying to fix the audio in post edit as I usually do. For some reason now my microphone is not working well with my recording platform and regardless what adjusting I do to the audio, the background noise is still there. My apologies.

i would completely recommend this podcast to anyone suffering a overly stressful homelife, hopefully this informative podcast gives some much needed perspective on your life and more importantly, helps in some manner.
