She has visited many schools educating and empowering the youth about the importance kindness and community involvement. She also visited Rayuela School which was impacted during the LA fires, and she donated 200 books to the campus location they are currently at.

She also volunteers with AFSP, NAMI, and Best Buddies California. She not only wants to share her story of her personal struggles with bullying and anxiety, but also highlight those with mental health conditions, and show them that it is possible to heal.

Her medical work in pediatrics involves a lot of compassion towards her patients and being kind every day.

Delilah is an amazing person doing so much for the community. To begin with, she holds the title of Miss Merced County’s Teen, and has an amazing community service initiative. Her community service initiative, R and R for a Better Tomorrow educates and empowers youth to be the next generation of change makers about environmentalism in the world. With the money she has made through recycling, she is awarding 2 highschool juniors or senriors scholarship money. She is a published children’s author and also has her own podcast called Chat for a Change, and it is truly so inspirational. I highly recommend listening to it. All in all, Delilah dedicates so much time to the community in so many ways, and is the true embodiment of a kind person.
