About the Creator and Performer

Michael Napolitano is a performing musician, composer, actor and educator from the small town of Metuchen, NJ where he resides with his wife and two daughters. Napolitano is the founder of Rockness Music, an early childhood music education program serving NYC, New Jersey and the surrounding areas. A unique approach to education has made Rockness Music's programs sought after by schools and parents.
Michael also tours and records with Michael & the Rockness Monsters. The groove-inspired band has five studio albums spinning on the radio while they rock esteemed venues like Lincoln Center, Levitt Pavilion, and Symphony Space. Michael & the Rockness Monsters World Tour is Napolitano's first original audio story production. He is thrilled to bring a unique style of discovery and musical curiosity to the audiobook landscape.

Wow, FANTASTIC!!

What a great show. The stories are fun, the songs are great, the characters are really well done. Dibbs is my fav…so funny! We listened around the dinner table and really enjoyed that first episode! We will be listening to the whole thing on our way to the beach!

Awesome!

Engaging and interactive. A total hit with our son! He kept asking to "listen to his music" and this kept him happy on a long car trip. He loves Dibs (and that he's always hungry!). Now I wish he'd had the headphones off so we all could have listened! More eps please!

Travel using audible and your mind

right now I am unable to travel due to my disability

This s a way for a 57 lyr old to travel to,places I have never been and places I have been. This was be a huge tool to use with children on learning about places and teaching diversity.

Amazingly engaging for the little ones!

These episodes saved the day. We were on a 5 hour road trip and after just 2 hours our 5 year old wanted to know if we were "there yet". Nothing would satisfy her need to "be there" - no screen time, no snacks, no "I spy" games - nothin'. But then we put on this on and all of a sudden she was totally captivated! The music and dialogue is catchy, and the story is interesting on a worldly level. She was singing along in no time. My only problem is that there is not more episodes (YET, I hope), we could use a lot more...
On a side note, I really enjoyed hearing the singing robot. I have never heard a robot sing.

Great For The Whole Family!!!

Michael and The Rockness Monsters provided the perfect adventure or our whole family. It took us on a true imaginative adventure educating us on different cultures through their music. Highly recommended and looking forward to more adventures from the Rockness Monsters!!!
