You (content creator) clearly state at the end of an installment that your mom reviewed your podcast. Why does Audible say my review is the first and why can’t I find hers? I’m not calling you a liar—but I’m worried that maybe your momma’s tellin’ tales. Did she tell you there’s a Santa and an Easter bunny? If she did, that’s fine. Just please don’t mention it to anyone over the age of six. Be your dear, precious, innocent little self as long as possible.
Oh, you wanted a review of the show, right? It’s fine.
You and your momma need to have a nice long talk. Bring tissues, especially if you ask about Santa or the Easter Bunny. Other topics to avoid: The Tooth Fairy, the great pumpkin, and the exact location of the “nice farm upstate” where your childhood pets “retired.”
Ok—if you’ve read this far, perhaps it’s time to reward you. The writing is delightful, the cast is talented, and I’m sure your mother is a truly lovely woman who only lies when she absolutely must. Please keep entertaining us with your clever scripts and amusing dialogue.
