    You heard it here last, a few brands of stiff sleeves were recently banned in IPF competition coming August 18th 2025. D & T cover the very unscientific reasons why this probably wont change much and we're all just whining because the sleeves actually help us lift more when in raw the sleeves should not assist us. Time to just get stronger.
