 As I sit here at Level 66, I can’t help but reflect on this sweet episode from last year, back when I first heard my friend Scott say, “I’m not 55, I’m Level 55.” That little phrase lit a fire in me and changed the way I look at growing older. Instead of dreading the number, I started celebrating the level. And now? I’m proud to be Level 66!This episode is all about choosing joy, living above our circumstances, and finding peace even when things feel messy (yes, including missing paperwork and fasting bloodwork!).
