About this listen
A new survey revealed that 32 per cent of Singapore workers expect a four-day work week to become the norm in the next five years. The poll, conducted by payroll and human resources solution provider ADP, also found that 21 per cent or around one in five workers here say that their employers already offer such an arrangement to promote positive mental health at work. Could a four-day work week become reality in the foreseeable future? What will it take for it to happen? In the first of a two-part conversation, ADP’s Yvonne Teo, HR Vice President for the Asia Pacific region shares more on the survey findings and her views on current industry sentiments.
