it's not as scary as portrayed in this episode. you do not have to shut off every support that you are getting inside the gym. Observe and move forward you feel more comfortable. not everybody is trying to intimidate you and you don't have to pretend that you're on a call. bad advice.

Too narrow perspective by the co-host.
