By cultivating empathy, kindness and a perspective of "eyes of love", we can overcome barriers within ourselves and make room to experience the benefits of external love.

    Rather than focusing on self-love directly, you’re encouraged to look at the world and each other in a more loving way in order to give and receive love freely.

Empowerment and Self Love Powerhouse
