DrT takes delivery of his Dazzles and bemoans the time it took for the biscuit to arrive. We talk about the match including the trauma of the runout for Claire, the fabulous tries and brilliance of the scrum. We go seriously left field for the awards - both the LWP Player Of the Match and the Sgt Wilson award. We applaud the wonderful Clermont supporters.


    We also talk Bedford Blues, the changes to Championship and we wish Hazel Halter a happy birthday - we think Hazel is our oldest supporter as she is 100 years old.


    We say farewell to Dan Biggar as he announces his retirement at the end of the season.

    Where Lis is on her holiday whilst Claire is still in Cambridgeshire. Sadly, Lis is still being plagued by vikings. We talk about Saints trip to Salford and the remarkable performance of one particular Saints player, Henry Pollock. We also, recognise the efforts of the two Saints scrum halves who covered the fly half role. We again talk about refereeing and the inconsistent use of the TMO and the time it’s taking to review things. We award the Sgt Wilson award to a man who calmed the referee with his dulcet Geordie tones. And no awards for guessing who gets LWP Player of the match. And Claire says thank you to a Saints prop who gallantly stepped up to help her on Friday.


    We talk about Bedford Blues brilliant win at Goldington - what a performance from Will Maisey and our newest lock, Ed Prowse. We do a roundup of the Women’s Six Nations.


    Claire talks about Bloodgate, the new podcast from the BBC about Harlequins in 2009 - she chatted to Alastair Eykyn about the podcast and her tiny part in the story.
