About this listen

In each episode, Patrick Hamilton and Gena Radcliffe unpack all the gory details of horror cinema's least discussed topic: the characters. From Friday the 13th to the Evil Dead franchise and beyond, our mission is to detail each hack, slash, and decapitation in the hopes that a victim's untimely end is just the beginning of the jokes we can make about them.Copyright We Write Good Art

All this, plus fish stink, hot boys, tank top terror, the healing waters of the Atlantic, Galecki stacks, free-hinged performances, the two big reasons for JLH’s success as Julie James, and then the hook brings you back for another edition of Choose Your Own Deathventure!! Killer Show

I have found Patrick and Gena at the height of the pandemic and I was mad that my friends told me nothing about this podcast. I look forward to every Friday to listen these two dissect my beloved B to Z horror movies in a tone that is not pretentious. In a world that is not all that fun and a pop culture subset that sucks joy out of things, I appreciate what Patrick and Gena do every week.

Have you considered my hilarity?!

Kill By Kill is funny, insightful, heartfelt and - most importantly - done with love and the appropriate amount of reverence for the subject matter. Patrick and Gena know and love horror (if not every specific movie) and bring on guests who are just as fun, smart and attractive. If I could marry a podcast, I would marry this one. Unfortunately, I cannot, so I will continue living in sin with Kill By Kill.
