I loved talking to today's podcast guest, Amy Kane! Amy is a content creator who talks about her weight loss journey to lose an astonishing 160lbs. We get into the how and why she chose this path.

Amy Kane received her MSW and worked in the field of addictions for over a decade prior to becoming a stay at home mom 7 years ago when her son was born. Two years ago, she started sharing her weight loss journey online and grew a strong community on both Tiktok and Instagram. Today, she is a full time content creator. Her content focuses on topics including weight loss, GLP1 support, healing one's relationship with food, and body image. Her goal is to support those who have had weight struggles, are on a weight loss journey and/or are utilizing GLP-1 medications.
