We visited Jax-Zen in Jackson, Ms for a 1 1/2 hour salt floating session. Definitely an experience for the mind, spirit and body. Surrounded by 10 inches of water and 750 pounds of salt, your body feels weightless. Apologies for the bad recording of the intro to the episode, a different microphone was used.
