 Kouri Richins has been accused of murdering her husband with a fentanyl laced moscow mule drink. Authorities say her motive for this was money. Richins however has contended that she is not responsible for the death and that Eric was addicted to drugs.

After her cell was tossed in a recent search by CO's at the facility she's being held at, they found a letter that they say is evidence that she planned on tampering with witnesses.

Now her brother is speaking out and denying those claims and instead is doubling down on the narrative pitched by his sister.
