He makes an insane excuse that somehow, he beheaded his wife, by accident, but it's obvious that more is going on. The killer has had mental problems for a while, including believing that his eyes have been removed, and cameras have been implanted in his body!!
Along the way, we find out that you should always be wary of roller coasters, that when someone tries to burn themselves alive, they probably need some serious help, and that it's impossible to "accidentally" decapitate someone!!
