 We are excited to announce that we are developing a brand new podcast in collaboration with Broadcast East. We are confident that it will offer a new way of looking at some of the most important issues of our time. Over the past 15 years, the NHS has successfully identified solutions to the challenges posed by a reduction in funding, an ageing population and an expanding scope of services. The institute has had to face the fact that the public no longer believes the Service is as effective as it could be. However, the dedication and commitment of those delivering care to the nation is widely appreciated. We must ask ourselves: what can be done to improve the situation? What changes could be made to one of our great institutions that would have a significant impact? This podcast will explore these issues in more depth. We will look at ideas, both big and small, that could lead to changes in the way the NHS operates. Could a shift in culture be one way to improve things? We will also look at the leadership structure, technology, productivity models, resourcing and procurement strategies.
