  • I Asked AI to CONTINUE Writing the Harry Potter Books (What Happens AFTER the Deathly Hallows?)
    Jul 2 2025

If you’re a true Harry Potter fan, then I suspect that you, like me, had an impending sense of dread as you neared the final pages of the final book. After it all, it was the end of an era- and as far as I could tell at the time, there wasn’t much new Harry Potter content on the horizon (besides a few movies, of course).

These books were released over a 10 year period spanning my entire adolescence, and needless to say- they were pretty important to me.

Every release felt like a cultural event, and every chapter felt like stepping back into a world that- at times- felt more real than reality itself.

So when I turned that final page of Deathly Hallows, I couldn’t help but feel… hollow.

Not because the ending was bad — far from it. But because I wasn’t ready to leave.

And sure, over the years we got more content — the Fantastic Beasts films, the Cursed Child play, and various other things — but none of it quite scratched that same itch. None of it picked up where Deathly Hallows left off in a way that felt fully satisfying.

But what if there was ANOTHER book? A book that gave us REAL clarity on the aftermath of Voldemort’s downfall. A story that didn’t skip ahead nineteen years to a peaceful train station, but instead started in the rubble of Hogwarts — when the war was over. A story that could replace the words ‘All was well’ — not to placate us, but to finally show us what came next.

That’s the story I want to explore.

  • The ONLY Magic Voldemort Could NEVER Learn - Harry Potter Theory
    Jun 27 2025

He mastered the Dark Arts. Split his soul. Cheated death. He could bend others to his will, kill with a flick of his wand, and strike fear into the heart of the wizarding world. But for all his power… there was one kind of magic Lord Voldemort could never learn.

Not because he lacked talent — he was one of the most gifted wizards of his age.

Not because it was too complex — he solved the secrets of Horcruxes, after all.

But because something inside him was broken. Something human.

    Hey everyone,

Welcome to another installment of Harry Potter Theory. Today we’re going to be discussing the Wizarding World in the modern era.

It’s been 27 prosperous years since Lord Voldemort made his final stand at the Battle of Hogwarts, finally meeting his end on May 2nd of 1998.

  • Before You Boycott the New Harry Potter Show...
    Jun 13 2025

Lately, the Harry Potter world has been… a little chaotic.

Sure, there’s been plenty of exciting news — a brand new HBO series in the works, major casting announcements, and the promise of finally getting a longer, more detailed adaptation of the books.

But not all of the news has been met with open arms.

And one casting decision in particular — the choice for Snape — has been all over my news feed for months, seemingly sparking nonstop debate and dividing the fandom in a way I haven’t seen in years.

And here’s the thing: it’s not a standalone issue. People don’t have a problem with Essiedu as a person or as an actor, they have a problem with how HBO have chosen to conduct business..Advertising a show as a book-faithful, and then turning their back on this claim the second casting starts.

With filming just around the corner, today I’m breaking down the good, the bad, and the ugly — and making the case for why this series may (or may not) be redeemable.

    Let’s dive in to it.
