These two are not slowing down. Matt & Scott have a rapport grown from years of friendship. I could listen to them all day long. Their analysis is consistently insightful.

I discovered them during the pandemic when they were recording the first season of their Kingslingers podcast, now I follow all of their content.

These gentlemen are killing it with the wake.
I have been a long time listener who found them at episode one of their Kingslingers podcast and they are now a giant part of my weekly podcast diet.
If you are looking for bright and funny hosts who give a really fresh take on media that you might have been too timid to approch, check out Matt and Scott.
Long days and pleasant nights.

A haunting podcast.

This show is a solid follow-up to the stellar Kingslingers podcast (among other Doof podcasts) right out of the gate. Thank goodness they promise nearly 100 planned episodes! Matt and Scott bring their comforting chemistry and energy to a deep-dive into a subject they enjoy. I have a hard time sitting still long enough to watch movies, but this show makes me make the effort. Can't wait to watch the rest of Flanagan's work and read the books many are based on. Welcome back ear-friends!

Scott and Matt are back with this outstanding follow up to Kingslingers. Their thoughtful analysis and years of chemistry are the perfect combination for this deep dive into the career and works of Mike Flanagan. Looking forward to the OG Kingslingers throwback as we read through Gerald's Game together over the next several weeks!

Scott and Matt have brought their approach of thoughtful and fun analysis to the works of Mike Flanagan. I'm looking forward to the rest of the episodes planned. They simply do a fantastic job breaking things down and offering clever insights. One of my favorite podcast teams covering one of my favorite creators has so far been so great. Glad they are back with this new show.

Doof Media has another winner on its hands.

I've been a Doof fan since I stumbled upon "We've got Wurm" in 2019. The combination of inoffensively unfiltered media hot-takes and deep thoughtful analysis is a recipe for a great time for any listener passionate about good narratives!

As someone who likes creative psychological horror movies but never actually wants to watch them, this podcast is an excellent lense to appreciate spooky storytelling while still being able to sleep at night! These last two episodes have challenged that in a great way of course; I wear gloves everyday for work and removing them will never feel the same.

Cheers to Scott and Matt!
