You may already know that people who develop their gratitude atttude handle stress better, develop more spportive releationships, react less actively to negative situations and are more patient.
When we take the short time it takes every day to evolve our gratitude attitude, we open our minds to more opportunties. It’s not necessarily that there are more opportunities, you are just more ready to recognise them.
