• Harvests honey once a year as a family celebration, though admits it's more expensive than buying honey
• Runs Patterson's Water & Plumbing with a team that allows her to focus on business development
• Started a complementary well testing business that meets New Jersey state requirements
• Came to faith through a strong youth group led by mentors who remain influential in her life
• Contemplating the future of her business, possibly transitioning to employee ownership
