About the Creator and Performer

Emily Arrow is an award-winning children’s songwriter and trailblazer in the field of social-emotional learning through music. She currently works in children’s media & television as a writer, performer, and project maestro. With over 10 years of experience as a teacher, Emily’s popular YouTube Kids channel promotes literacy & the arts by sharing the magic of books through song. She is the author of many books for children including Kids’ Guide to Learning the Ukulele (Happy Fox Books) and Studio: A Place For Art to Start (Penguin Random House). Emily, her artist partner, and rescue dog, split their time between Nashville, LA, and Portland, OR.
