A Must Listen Podcast!!!

I stumbled across the Dishing Up Nutrition podcast because of my new job that requires a LOT of driving. I absolutely love this podcast and listen almost exclusively! There are so many episodes and I have a lot of catching up to do. It is refreshing to hear real people talk about real eating. This is not the average "lose 30 pounds in 30 days" junk. It is honest, whole food, realistic eating that makes perfect sense. The hardest part is not constantly saying "in the podcast I listen to . . . " every day to my family - who all eat trash and I've been trying for years to get them to listen to me and now I have back up from experts!
