In the unpleasant town of Tromaville, Melvin, a dorky custodian at the local gym swan dives into a vat of Toxic sludge while trying to escape bullies. As a result, Melvin morphs into a towering, justice dispatching monster (a.k.a. The Toxic Avenger) making it his mission to take out the garbage (ie bad guys) plaguing the town.
